He is Christian Paul Tambagahan and he was born in 2004. Currently living in Dumrog, Pandan, Antique. He’s studying at the University of Antique taking a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. An introverted person but doing his best to cope with it to be confident. Growing up in a small town, he’s been surrounded by nature and the strong sense of community that comes with it. Raised by his father and his grandma(his father’s mother) after his mother left them when he was six years old to work abroad, sadly, his grandma passed away in 2018. He learned early on the value of hard work, independence, and perseverance. These lessons, coupled with his passion for tourism, have shaped the person he is today. As a tourism student at the University of Antique, he is eager to contribute to the growing tourism industry.

Christian Paul is now a student of tourism in college at the University of Antique, enabling him to further learn about sustainable tourism practices and how significant cultural preservation is. The very same studies have been a stepping-stone for him to improve himself further, and create a nice direct effect on the tourism sector; especially when it comes to promoting & encouraging traveling in hidden places Off-the-beaten-paths areas.

Outside of his academic journey, one of his greatest joys is playing badminton. He started playing when he was six years old, it all started when he saw a single badminton racket hanging inside his grandma’s little sari-sari store. Playing badminton is not just a hobby for him; it’s a way to stay active, focused, and balanced. Whether he’s training for a local tournament or simply playing with friends, badminton has taught him the value of discipline and teamwork. Growing up without his mother’s presence was difficult for him, but it made him appreciate the unwavering support of his father and grandmother even more. They instilled in him the resilience to overcome challenges, and he carried this mindset into every aspect of his life, from academics to personal pursuits.

As he pursues his tourism degree, he is inspired to build sustainable and genuine travel experiences that link travelers closer to the best of the Philippines. More emotively, his background, the struggles he faced on personal front covers and love for Badminton. He cherishes resilience, community and the moments that matter. As he looks to the future, He is particularly excited about how they can support travel and tourism by providing sustainable, authentic experiences that preserve the culture of locals.
